Every ERP has an initial / master data setup, where the company, chart of accounts, payments and other configuration has to be done according to the legislation and operations.

The minimum setup for a small business takes less than 20 hours.

Enterprise and government have to contact us for their specific requirements. The effort can take 100’s of hours depending on their requirements.

ERPNext has no license fees. We charge for running the system on cloud, installation, maintenance and support to your users for the selected modules.

While ERPNext is opensource, source code modification is only possible if the installation is hosted on your own servers or cloud. The above plan does not include access to source code.

ERPNext has no license fees. We charge for running the system on cloud, installation, maintenance and support to you.
To provide a cost-effective price, our cloud platform is billed by the amount memory, storage and processor time used. While the proposed hosting plan is likely to be sufficient for you, some companies may need more e.g. high level of daily transactions, 100’s of users.

We accept Bank Transfer with a yearly commitment.

Credit Cards will soon be accepted for monthly billing.

You have up to 30 days to try the Medium plan, with 3 users. We will onboard your company. You cancel anytime and your data will be safely deleted. Otherwise, you will be billed on the 31st day. You will need to enter a 1-year contract for this.
